The diversity of the world gives the opportunity to study the general legitimacy of life on the organisms with a simple structure and also complex organization. The simplicity-among them bacteria gives us the chance to identify new subjects and further generalization. Thus, continuously searching for new methodologies in terms of strengthening research precision. The presented work is dedicated to the use of turbidimetric method in different conditions of temperature for monitoring the growth of bacterial.
