Boron is normally belonged to the number of essential microelements. It is defensively in the human body with this quantity. It participates in calcium, magnesium and phosphorus metabolism process and is essential for maintaining the bone system in normal condition. The source of contamination with groundwater boron is represented by boron-containing sediment, silicate and other rocks, as well as the mills, communal waters and fertilizers. Boric acid boron in natural waters is ions. Boron in natural waters is represented as ions of Boric Acid. Alkaline springs are more rich in boric than hard water. Its content of the low mineralization in the underground waters is 0.01-0.1 mg / l. While in mineralized alkaline waters it reaches 1-10 mg / l and more. Use this water as a drink is not safe. It is estimated that boron content in drinking water is limited and is 0.3 mg / l. For the determination of quantity of boron in the natural waters of Georgia, we have used a feature of boronic acid to produce the strong complex acids with many atoms alcohols and sugars, which are saturated with alkali. To avoid a bad interference of the matrix elements, we used the methods of ion exchanging chromatography and Hydrolysis sedimentation methods. The correctness and recurrence of the analysis is tested with the "taken-received" method in model solutions. The results of boron determination in waters were compared with the results obtained by the standard fluorescent method. Comparative margin does not exceed ≈5%, as well as the boron was defined in the standard silicate standard samples. Received satisfactory results. Comparative margin does not exceed ≈3%.
