The analogue of R.Paley's theorem is obtained for multiple trigonometric Fourier series

The analogue of Paley’s theorem is proved for several variables functions. Deviation from angular separate sum for functions of two variables is estimated. It’s proved that approximation with polynomials with L_2 norm for functions of two variables is given with angular separate sums.
