Master's thesis concerns to obtaining of new ecologically clean compositions on the base of renewable plant raw materials sawdust via hot pressing method, where for the first time as a bin-der and reinforcement agent was used industrial product Phen¬ethoxysilanes PhES-50 and PhES-80, liquid glass and organic polymers. Optimal conditions for obtaining new ecologically pure compositions are established. The surface and structure of obtained composites were determined via FTIR spectroscopic, optical, scanning electron microscopic, energy dispersive Micro X-Ray spectral micro analysis. Also, thermal, physical chemical properties, strength at bending, impact viscosity, thermal stability by Vicat method, wa¬ter absorption have been determined The obtained materials obtained are ecologically friendly, and health-safe, with their phy¬sical-mechanical properties, the simplicity of the process of production, to sustain microor¬ga¬nisms much higher than their analogues and in compliance with the international requirements requiring the removal of formaldehyde from such materials.
