Composite materials of two components On the basis of hay and ecologically clean binder

The Bachelor's thesis is dedicated to obtaining of new composite materials on the basis of renewable raw material hey and the reciprocal composition materials and various Phenethoxysiloxanes (PhES-50, PhES-80) as a coating and reinforcement agent as well as in the presence of liquid glass and organic polymers via hot pressing method. The obtained composite materials are characterized by rather best physical-mechanical properties then the particle board obtained on the basis of Phenol-Formaldehyde pitches. The important is the fact that we use such substances that are safe for human health. Composite materials are obtained in comparison to different conditions and the optimal conditions for composing compositions have been established. Composite materials and various organic and inorganic coatings on the base of the hay can be used in different ways: as walls, ceiling, floor, various furniture, etc. It should be noted that the advantages of this composition are related to simple technological processes.
